Enhanced Affordable Development Company, LLC, develops a range of real estate products. Our focus is to build as new construction, or redevelop through acquisition, low income housing communities.

We seek to obtain land suitable for development of multifamily or senior properties of substantial size, and proceed to build high quality/low density communities comparable in design and style to market rate communities. Another method we use to secure affordable housing is through acquiring and rehabilitating properties for many more years of quality affordable living.

With assistance from Tax Exempt Multifamily Housing Bonds and Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), we are able to structure financing for our projects to provide affording housing to communities across the United States. Our success at building senior properties has caught the attention of many cities and counties, and we will continue to help seniors, low and mid-level income earners, and minorities enjoy comfortable, quality housing for many years.
