Inclusionary Housing

Because of the uniqueness of our program, we are able to fulfill a specific need as an inclusionary developer. Most jurisdictions in California have inclusionary requirements for market rate housing developers. Our program provides a solution to help solves cities' affordable housing needs, as well as assisting market-rate developers build a quality product that can be integrated into their projects. This allows affordable housing stock to be developed at a much lower cost to the developer and the municipality. Partnering with the local housing authority or the redevelopment agency is our speciality. We have extensive experience working with cities in developing "real" residual receipts on projects because we recognize these cities as our "partner" rather than our client.
